2. Our homes are efficient
We use smarter design practice in all our exclusive designs to reduce unnecessary cost, delivering more house for your money, and more useable space and comfort in the home.
3. We are independent, and not a franchise organisation.
Most group housing companies operate on a franchise system. Aside from each franchise being owned by different operators and the uncertainty that can come with that, those franchises pay franchise fees to head office. As an independent company, we are not liable for franchise fees, and can pass this saving directly onto you.
We have developed a customised project management system tailored specifically to our construction model, resulting in greater efficiencies and less costs for you.
5. Minimal overheads
Overheads are a cost to any business, and are ultimately passed onto the customer. We focus on keeping our overhead costs to a minimum without compromising our service to clients, so that we can continue to offer best pricing. For example, we do not operate show homes, instead we show our prospective clients through homes that we have recently completed or are nearing completion.
6. Investor pricing savings
Our investor pricing packages allows for the fact that investors are typically less intimately involved in the entire build process, preferring to let our experienced Project Managers run the project. With less correspondence and customer servicing, the costs of the build reduce and at Ashcroft we pass these savings back to the investor.
